Hello folks,

to follow up the discussion about using an etherpad to track needed
review I looked into using a gerrit native dashboard... Turns out
Christian already created a dashboard sometime ago and I don't think we
really used it. Well I borrowed some more useful filters from openstack
review-inbox dashboard and here is the result:

As a quick note, I found the whole process to add a dashboard to gerrit
very awkward, the official documentation is very light[0] and you really
need a step by step guide[1]. Though dashboard are really powerful, it's
basically just a stored gerrit query, so I'm really looking forward we
add such capability to the new SF dashboard.
