Are you looking under 'o' for OpenSSH?  It's there on sunfreeware for me.

If you use sunfreeware, please read their instructions for how to
install their packages.  It's a nice big link on the left.

That said, I'm pretty sure a full installation of Solaris 9 should have
ssh already installed.
