Hi All,

I would like to know as basically as what "SCSI Target ID" should I have to
update in /kernel/drv/st.conf file to configure a external SCSI tape drive
under Solaris 10 OS ?

The reason I am asking this is we have Legato Networker server running on
SOlaris 10 box which is connected to EMC Clariion Disk library which has 1
Virtual Tape Library and 8 virtual Tape drives. I am trying to use jbconfig
but the drives does not seems to be in the proper order under /dev/rmt .

Every time I do jbconfig this is heppeing. However when I do "auto-config"
form the Networker GUI Networker creates the links properly. I would like to
know as what is the miskate that I am doing by doing jbconfig.

Also surprisings Solaris 10 picks a different SCSI control port for Jukebox
every time I do
  touch /reconfigure
  reboot -- -r

It would be great if some one can help me out in this.

Here are our st.conf entries and inquire out put
