Note that for a normal facet query, this could result in 3 waves of requests.
1) query + facet
2) facet refinements
3) retrieve stored fields + highlight
We probably want to allow #2 to piggyback on #3 requests, provided that nothing
needs final facet values before retrieving the stored fields.
