The current ext.metadata.prefix parameter adds the prefix to all attributes,
even those that have already been mapped (so last_modified appears instead as
attr_last_modified). Seems like one really wants a prefix appended only for
those params that are not explicitly mapped (or don't appear in the schema)...
this is what the proposed "uprefix" (unknown field prefix) would do.
