Hi, This got resolved. Needed to do 2 things
1. maxBooleanClauses needed to be set to large value from 1024 in solrconfig.xml for all cores. 2. In jetty.xml file solr.jetty.request.header.size needed to be set to higher value from 8192 Thanks all for giving pointers to come to a solution.
