Correct me if I'm wrong, but wasn't the ISOLatin1AccentFilterFactory
deprecated in favor of:
    <charFilter class="solr.MappingCharFilterFactory"
mapping="mapping-ISOLatin1Accent.txt"/>

in 1.4?
