One goal was to reuse the parsers/parameter names. A completely disjoint set would certainly lead to confusion. Concise *common* abbreviations are fine I think - for example we quickly get used to (and prefer) f(x) over function(variable1) We could add some aliases though. -Yonik http://lucidworks.com
