You should be fine. I haven't tested the memory stick (sd works fine) but the only issue I see from your list is the microphone. I (and many others) have been unable to get it to work. I've given up for now and use my Bluetooth headset when I need a mic. On my box, everything works except the mic and a weird stuttering issue that makes suspend useless in speed (nvidia) mode.
