Hi Norbert, I've almost the same compiling error using 0.9np8pre1 on the official Ubuntu Natty kernel (2.6.38-8). Actually I have a patched BIOS so I'm stick on the Intel card of my Z21MN/B. Everything work on Ubuntu Natty (microphone included) except for the brightness and eject keys. I've never used the nvidia card...
