- remove my non-7-bit micro symbol
- add ISO/IEC 80000 binary prefixes, and symbols
- add back myria- prefix (i removed it, but had intended to add it back
once i got round to better organising this file
- add (or in some cases) redefine becquerel, curie, gray, r_earth,
r_moon, rackunit, sievert, eV, bohrradius; also add their symbols
- spell dioptre correctly (from netbsd), and permit diopter
