Fix EOM handling. Makes Bacula much happier by allowing the use of
both 'Fast Forward Space File = yes' and 'Hardware End of Medium = yes'.
Mostly taken from FreeBSD.
Constant prodding by robert@, testing actual backup and restore by
ajacoutot@.
