Yes, non-concurrent checkout is definitely a feature
for me.  That's a major reason I went to SJ.  I don't
know why concurrent checkout seems to be a "checklist"
item for a lot of people.  I would assume that they've
never really used it in a heavy-duty development
environment.  My experiences with concurrent checkout
systems have not been happy ones.

Concurrent checkout being optional would be the way to
go.
