People of integrity at Election Commission Our MPs did the right
thing, rejecting Salva Kiir's decreed individuals to constitute the
Electoral Commission was correct. We do not need representation here
not even civil society, let lone political parties. Our aspiration for
democratic South Sudan will never be realised unless we have men and
women of integrity at the EC, especially those who will respect the
choice of the people. The post election violence of 2008 in Kenya was
the making of the EC led by Samuel Kivuitu. The then head of EC in WES
should have been the head, I forgot his name, he was the hero of 2010
elections, despite all odds he declared Col. Bakasoro the winner. He
was the only independent gubernatorial candidate who won. Anyaar

Graveyard or land for burying the dead. Governor of CES,
Commissioner, Mayor and all CES Communities: Thank God, that we
finally got our Independence and besides the 2.5 millions of lives
lost during the struggle, God has blessed the South with many people
and are being born daily but also many are dying. Now as a citizen of
Juba I have toured all the areas but are filled up with new buildings.
The only old grave yard at Hai Malakal was full since 1980's and the
new one at Nyakuron on the road to Yei is also filled up and to my
surprise some guys even want to erect their houses in the MUGABIR. No
respect at for the dead.
Since the land belongs to the Community I would ask our people and
those who know very well that death is a right of every individual
living on the face of the earth to allocate land for burial as
follows:-
1-Juba Yei road 2 X 2 km of land after Jebel Kujur.
2-Juba Torit road 2 km land sq beside Gumbo.
3-Juba Meridi road also 2 km.
Trusting our Intellectual Community leaders will sit down and allocate
land for the dead. Fabiano Lasu Morjan. Juba

Reply to Peter Gatkuoth article "The Diaspora Basement Rebels Are More
Poisonous Than Anya Nya Itself" I will never change my views about
your confused tribalist and other few South Sudanese who are
supporting those thieves and war criminals in Juba. I totally do
believe you people are nothing, but typical slave-hearted individuals
to corrupt SPLM/A leaders in Juba. I know some of you few tribalists
want other South Sudanese leaders to be reduced to level of stooges
like Dr. Riek Machar & Wani Igga. Where once strong leader like Dr.
Riek is always being subjected to insults in any occasion that is
being run by so called (Proper SPLM/A ) under leadership of Pagan Amum
& Co where poor Riek Machar always ends up weeping with his black wife
by his side in front of those criminals.

You also talked about "ICC criminals in Khartoum," what do you know
about that if I can ask you? I thought you were taken to UN university
in Costa Rica with recommendation by some of your instructors from
Canada because they were thinking that it will be a good place for a
somebody like yourself to fully understand human rights. Because it
being sung in every class room in that university and pictures of
human rights abused cases are being hung against the walls of the
university; were you claimed you were studying international laws. But
instead you had completely failed to understand what human rights all
about, despite all the public funds that were wasted & efforts from
your instructors from Canada who recommended you to go to that
university in order to educate you to completely comprehend human
rights around the globe. But still you even made it worse by becoming
worst than war criminals in Juba, cattle raiders & kids abductors in
South Sudan in general.
What surprised me was in December of 2011 when you went ahead &
deceived your pro Kiir government clan militias to attack Murle areas
in order to appeased your masters like Gens. Deng Wek, Ayuen Aleir &
Koul Manyang, something that you never done before when 600 members of
your clan people were killed by Murle tribal militias who were armed
by Koul Manyang to fight late George Athor. You kept quiet all along
with your co while you were waiting for a chance to appease your
masters in Bor & Juba. When that chance came after Murle militias
attacked Gen. Deng Wek's village you didn’t hesitate for a second to
take that chance which you did. You took it as a golden chance to
appease your masters in Bor & Juba which you did. Instead of attacking
Junglei government in Bor which is a root causes of problems in state.
You instead went ahead then deceived your Lou Nuer & Dinka militias to
attack Murle's innocent civilians who are victims of the same Koul
Manyang’s government policies in the state.

You then went ahead without a shame with your group hijacked the whole
thing turned it into an appeasement thing by issuing numerous of
statements that glorified your Lou-Nuer militias who were pro Kiir's
government at the time. While they were smashing innocent Murle kids
on trees & hacking their parents to deaths with machetes like what
Hutu pro government militias did in Rwanda to minority Tutsi & some
Hutus who were considered by Hutu interahamwe as enemies from within.

And these were innocent South Sudanese kids that your tribal militias
whom you misled were smashing on trees like mud imagine this! Even
Black Arabs' kids don’t deserve these inhumane & savagery killings
that you did with your tribal militia. Because nobody in this world
with a right mind would support such evil acts against any kid let
alone South Sudanese kids your misled tribal militia did to. I know in
your appeasements understanding, South Sudanese people are only few
Dinka tribalists who are running the country right now plus other few
criminals from other tribes whom you are appeasing in Juba. Please
stop crying like a lady because Nuer tribe is not a Dinka tribe &
Dinka is not a Nuer either. Olang Amum Lueth, USA

Tribal government has no place in the new republic I feel ashamed when
one hears people talking of the next government as the government of
the Nuer tribe. What next-- the Azande government or the Bari
government? We can't afford to govern RSS based on tribes otherwise we
will kill the new nation before its time. There are more than 66
tribes in South Sudan from the very big tribes like the Dinka to the
the very small tribe likes the Cere. Our new tribe today is the "south
Sudanese" first and the tribes and clans second. We are better off as
south Sudanese than Dinka, Nuer or Taposa. "A tree with all its
branches is not called a forest." Justin Chicago Opiny, CANADA
