I'm trying to use Soya 0.13 with ODE 0.8, and running the
ode-join.py tutorial, it falls over with this:

   ODE Message 2: mass must be > 0 in dMassCheck() File mass.cpp Line 44

   ODE INTERNAL ERROR 2: The centre of mass must be at the origin. in
   dBodySetMass()
   Abort

Earlier versions of ODE ignored this, but in 0.8 it seems to
be regarded as a fatal error.

Looking at ode-join.py, it appears to expect a body with a
centre of mass that isn't at its origin to work. Is Soya
meant to support this, or is ode-join.py wrong?
