Does anyone know who maintains the spec file for the oracle-lib-compat RPM in the spacewalk repo? One of the postscripts uses "file" but doesn't list it as a dependency, admittedly 99% of installs will have it via some other dependency but it genuinely is possible to build a minimal box that doesn't otherwise have it. If it's not there it barfs at the end of yum, not sure how critical it actually is...
