However I'd like to know what the current feeling is in this. My idea, back in the day, was to consolidate some of the phrase testing in ways that would impact the scoring least, and I thought I'd come up with a good way to do that. In the discussions above, I see no evidence that we actually got into that point, and rather there was a great deal of discussion around the value of phrase tests (which we all violently agreed on). So... is this useful? Should consolidation happen?
