Umm.. no, I was -0.7 on Quinlan's suggestion that we shouldn't 0-pad. I'm for
0-padding.
Sure, negative numbers and numbers over 100 are going to cause problems, but
these are quite rare in your spam folder. I sort my spam folder using the _HITS_
subject tag, and it works really well. I have yet to receieve a spam scoring
over 100, or a message marked as spam with a negative score (obviously).
Perhaps we should create another tag like _0SCORE_ or something. Regardless,
having the ability to have a zero padded score in the subject is pretty helpful.
(Space padding would be fine too -- 5.2f vs 05.2f ?)
