There is one general philosophical sticky point that we may wind up having to address. A lot of these rules will match rare but legitimate ham. ie: DRUGS_PAIN or DRUGS_MUSCLE might come up in an email telling a friend about a sports injury. Right now I deal with that by hand-scoring them low, but the GA won't have that insight.
