OK, I'm going to add in 0.65. First -- Dan, I notice you've been making some
changes in those rules. Is it OK to overwrite, or what do you want to do about
that?

'A lot of these rules will match rare but legitimate ham. ie: DRUGS_PAIN or
DRUGS_MUSCLE might come up in an email telling a friend about a sports injury.
Right now I deal with that by hand-scoring them low, but the GA won't have
that insight.
You might want to keep an eye on the scores to make sure it doesn't wind up
giving 6.0 to one of the single-drug rules.'
This is (another) place where the addition of a "confidence" indicator for
rules, as a hint to the GA/perceptron, would be great :(
