Ok, we were chatting on IRC about this, but I don't see it posted here
yet... The http://www.spamassassin.org/ and http://spamassassin.org/
sites now redirect to http://spamassassin.apache.org/ -- so go launch
it Sander! :)

The old mirrors should, in theory, have a page saying the site has
moved. (see below)

We should probably have the Apache web config have the
'serveralias/rewrite' bits setup this week so that we can just have DNS
point at the apache server(s) appropriately and they'll deal with the
redirect. That's a note to infrastructure, right? (I'm still confused
between infrastructure and root ... :( )

Oh, and I disabled the hourly cron job which pushed out the site and
"devel" files and such since they're not used on the new site at all.

Mirror notes:
Redirecting correctly:
US
EU
EU3
IE
USEAST

Not redirecting correctly (out of date!):
AU
AU2

Not responding at all:
UK # IP has PTR record for unallocated.star.net.uk
USWEST # IP has PTR record for UNKNOWN-64-156-215-250.yahoo.com ?!?
