Having optional stuff at the beginning or end of a regex serves no purpose
(unless you're going to be doing something with the variables that get set
automatically by the match, like $& and $1, but that's not relevant for SA
rules). So the \$? *(?:\d|\.){1,10} at the beginning can be changed to just
[\d.] with no change in what matches. Similarly, the .? after the "pill" part
adds nothing.
