I'm running the latest snapshot of spamassassin:

Which appears to incorporate this fix. My test runs still seem to be
taking a long time on this message:

User+System Time = 157.6080 Seconds

So looks like the same rule as before.
Is it just a case of "this is as good as it gets"?
