------- Additional Comments From [EMAIL PROTECTED] 2004-08-11 23:42 ------- Here's my vote thinking: We do another Condorcet, if there's a tie, we break it by picking the logo with the fewest last place votes of the tied logos (and it is assumed any logos not listed in a vote are implicitly last place votes). If that's a tie, then we try STV. If that's a tie, then we do acceptance voting and it's assumed that all first and second votes are accept votes and the logo with the most accepts wins.
