A notice on Tuesday that they have a chance to create a final draft with no notice when the "final" vote would take place, and then two days later on Thursday there is a vote? At the very least I would like to see a final notice sent to the authors saying when voting would take place and give them an opportunity to respond with an OK, or I'm not ready can you give me a little more time. Calling for submissions and then cutting it off at an arbitrary time is not fair in my mind. I propose we send the authors an e-mail, stating that all submissions must be received by 12am EDT August 14th, then we can vote.
