I was getting that after upgrading to 2.0 from 1.5.  I killed by migrated.cf
and local.cf files from /etc/mail/spamassassin,  made sure I had no stale
spamassassin.cf files still hanging around, then reinstalled 2.0.  After
that it cleared up.  I use spamc/spamd btw.
