I believe the test for Q_FOR_SELLER is out-dated. Currently, it looks like this header Q_FOR_SELLER Subject =~ /Question for seller/ However, when you send a question to a seller via eBay's form, the subject is hard coded as Subject: Question to seller regarding eBay Item # 1800XXXXXX Also, you are able to use Question for eBay member form. The subject by default is Subject: Question from eBay Member Although, this is an input box and the subject could be changed. I would recommend you change the Q_FOR_SELLER test to header Q_FOR_SELLER Subject =~ /Question.*(for|to|from eBay).*(seller|Member)/ I have a "Question for seller" email from Jan 22nd, so maybe eBay just made this change?
