nope -- the good ones, that kill UCE with few FPs (like rules that spot
forged headers), get high scores, whereas the bad ones, which catch too
many FPs, get low scores. That's how it works.
There's a few basic differences between UCE and SCE -- for example, SCE
does not have to disguise itself as "solicited", obfuscate its contents,
forge the sender details, etc.
