THe issue with osirusoft is that their main list - includes SPEWS data,
and for whatever reason, the folks there won't change that.  The folks at
SPEWS are fairly rabid, and don't give out contact info. Their attitude is
that if your IP is in the same block as a spammer, blocking you is a way
to put pressure on your ISP - a questionable strategy when it comes to
larger ISPs.

If you keep pushing, and you're on the up-and-up, you might get out of the
list.  But, don't count on it. It took a LONG time to delist one of my
IPs, and I expect it was only after several people pointed out that the
IP block we're in also included the National Organization for Women, and
they were being blocked as well.

The other day, I was on either the gnu.org site or something similarly
important to the community, and saw a note that they get blocked
frequently by SPEWS.  Not a good thing.
