Hello,
I have a user that buys and sells on Ebay. Sometimes those messages get tagged as spam. Is there a way to setup a rule to not tag them?

My first suggestion: use whitelist_from_rcvd if they all come from ebay directly.
Otherwise, write a custom rule for some piece of text or header that is unlikely to occur in spam.
