As Matt pointed out to me in e-mail.. by default, spamassassin does nothing
(or as I put it - by default it takes up memory). :)

Gosh, I wouldn't want someone to join this group, see my post and think
"Ok, SA is installed, cool it will start checking my e-mails now..." - God
only knows that doesn't happen enough as it is.
