   Try adding in a "-A {list-of-allowed-IPs}" in there.  The
spamd daemon may just be rejecting your attempted connection
even though it's listening on the right ports.  Note that
the "{list-of-allowed-IPs}" may be a net/netmask notion
(e.g. 192.168.1.0/24).
