1.  That's not the list discussion itself; it's the welcome message.
2.  What version of Chickenpox is that?  
3.  I don't know that 1.0 is an appropriate score for chickenpox,
evidence this conversation.
4.  To make (3.) worse, you're severely doubling up on rules - every
rule it hit except the last was a custom rule, which was covered by some
of the OTHER custom rulesets you're using.
