The only real spam that seems to be slipping through lately has a "first name middle initial last name" combo (Ollie N. Sheffield, Woodcarver P. Birch, etc etc) in the from line. I have just about nobody sending me e-mails with their middle initial in the from line. Does anyone have a rule to score something like this?
