All,

Per my message yesterday, I have a problem, and I'm pulling my hair out over
this one. I'd really like to avoid rebuilding the box, so I'm hoping someone
might have a few clues to throw me. Right now, I've bypassed my install, and
everything's going unfiltered into my Exchange server, and my users are
starting to get unhappy.

To recap, about 3 days ago we started bouncing messages, and the entry in
the mail log looks like this:

        Mar 26 16:05:12 zetmail2 postfix/pipe[4335]: 2F49F56E52:
        to=<[EMAIL PROTECTED]>, relay=filter, delay=1000,
        status=bounced (Command time limit exceeded:
        "/usr/local/anomy/filter.sh")

In /var/log/messages I'm seeing (not quite as often):

        Mar 26 15:36:49 zetmail2 /kernel: pid 4200 (perl),
uid 1001: exited on signal 10

I'm running on FreeBSD 4.8, perl 5.8, SpamAssassin 2.60, Postfix 2.06. CPU
utilization is running near 100% all the time.

I've stripped out the all of the .CF files that I was using, and now the
only file in /etc/mail/spamassassin is local.cf, and we're still getting
these bounces. Local.cf looks like this:

        rewrite_subject 0
        report_safe 1
        report_safe_copy_headers Received
        use_bayes 1
        bayes_path /home/filter/.spamassassin
        bayes_auto_learn 1
        skip_rbl_checks 1
        use_razor2 0
        use_dcc 0
        use_pyzor 0
        dcc_add_header 0
        dns_available yes
        fold_headers 1
        header LOCAL_RCVD Received =~ /\S+\.zetron\.com\s+\(.*\[.*\]\)/
describe LOCAL_RCVD Received from local machine
        score LOCAL_RCVD 50
        score BAYES_99 4.300
        score BAYES_90 3.500
        score BAYES_80 3.000
        score HTML_FONT_INVISIBLE 3.5
        score HTML_IMAGE_ONLY_06 3.5
        score HTML_90_100 3.5
        score HTML_IMAGE_ONLY_02 3.5
        score HABEAS_SWE 0.0
        score HTML_WEB_BUGS 2.0

Bayes autolearning isn't effective, because I haven't trained it with the
requisite 200/200 messages.

Anything anyone can suggest would be most appreciated.
