I use SpamAssassin 2.63 and quite a lot of Rulesemporium rules.
(And I love it. Thanks Ninja's, great job!)
Some rules however are causing FP's (You really don't want to see a message
in Polish language). So, I would like to tune the scores of some rules a
bit. However, because I use RDJ to maintain those rules, I don't want to
modify the rules themself. Therefore my question: Is local.cf the last
ruleset to be processed by SpamAssassin? In that case I can take the
modified scores to local.cf.
