user_prefs and blacklist_from

i tried the feature
user_prefs

put it in my /etc/mail/spamassassin

and added the following entry

Blacklist_from [EMAIL PROTECTED]


shouldnt this block all emails from [EMAIL PROTECTED]

it doesnt work thats why ? am i wrong somewhere ?
