Question re: site-wide bayes

In preparing for an upgrade to SA 3, I have decided to implement 
bayes site-wide.  I have a few questions that were not answered in 
the wiki section so here goes:

1.  If spamd is started as user nobody, do you call spamc from 
/etc/procmailrc?  Right now, I have each user calling from their own 
.procmailrc.

2.  Will SA still look at each user_prefs?  Or do I need to combine 
them all into local.cf?

3.  Is there a way to set up a site-wide autowhitelist.db as well?
