Personally, i think even once a day is too often. I mean, really how much are thes hanging on a daily basis? I pull on Saturdays. If I remember (course that was before RDJ, I don't have to remember any more)
We're working on fixing the rate limiter and discussing how to handle this
long term, so please be patient. :)
First thing I would suggest is decrease the time period from 24 hours to something like 23:30. Annoying if you hit the server 6 seconds early because your ntpdate updated overnight...
