Is there a reason you can't use SURBL.org instead of BigEvil and Blacklist.cf (Which by the way is redundant.) Remove Blacklist.cf!
I think I'm the only guy ever to promote people to NOT use my rule file ;) IF you are using bigevil, make sure you have the latest version. It will operate MUCH faster.
