I hadn't thought to search this list for installation stuff with the
SURBL's.  I had been trying the SURBL list for installation problems.  (I
know, dumb on my part).  I'll try reinstalling the Mail::SpamAssassin from
CPAN.  I believe I grabbed someones rpm to install 2.63, but I'm not
positive.  Would reinstalling from CPAN mess anything up if it was installed
from rpm?

Yes, that has been reported as a successful solution in
several different installations.  Not sure how easily this
list is searched but there are several examples reported
earlier of that move working without problem.
