Seconded. Bearing that in mind, I consider (IMHO) the following to be
most suitable:
1.02, the left two logos only ("SA" is probably overloaded)
1.03, the bottom logo only
The ninja theme does have some benefits over the sniper theme. The
sniper theme is occasionally too scary when real-world sniping happens.
Also, the ninja theme is traditional. Overall then, I like 1.02 the
best (with the exception of the abbreviated SA.)
One nitpick I have with 1.02 is that the text reads "SPAM ASSASSIN" -
whereas the more well-known product name is SpamAssassin (note case and
lack of a space)
