Thanks.  And looking in PerMsgStatus.pm, it appears to apply to all
headers, so it'd also be useful for getting the first :name or :addr
in a to:, cc:, reply-to, or similar header, the exception being the new
EnvelopeFrom.

It'd even be useful for parsing headers like
> List-Id: "SpamAssassin Users" <[email protected]>
