Most developers have moved on. I am trying to provide a modicum of support

How about facing the facts? If I read the above then I can only come to
one conclusion: Spambayes is not supported on Windows. I don't mean that
as a bad thing.
If there are any Windows users reading this and interested in replying:
what's your opinion? Should Windows support be dropped, as long as there
is no developer available who is familiar with Windows?
