Please feel free to remove ALL email addresses that are on your list to which you do
not have a confirmation message from validating the address belongs to the one
requesting the addtion. (see http://mail-abuse.org/manage.html details) If by chance
you DO have said confirmation messages you can send the report (along with proof of
confirmation) to [EMAIL PROTECTED] and the person filing the false report will be
banned/fined (once verifiable proof that they actually subscribed to your list and
verified that subscription is provided.).

If you are not running a confirmed opt-in list your entire list is open to abuse and
probably is spamming.

As for not getting response this is normal as I know myself I will not respond with
additional information to anyone who spams me. . As for the emails not having the
information they should not contain that information. If you just remove the
addresses that complain that does not fix the problem of you possibly continueing to
spam the people who do not know how to (or do not wish to) complain. The REAL answer
to the problem is to run your mailing list in a manner that prohibits its abuse by
confirming EVERY email address that gets requested to be put on it. And personally I
feel that if this has happened multiple times and your ISP is still JUST requesting
that you remove the offending addresses your ISP could really use an education as
well. And as such this is being sent to them as well.
