That's a loop. You can't set your e-mail address to forward to
SpamCop and then set SpamCop to send your mail back to the same
address because your e-mail address will just forward it to SpamCop
again.
If you want to use only the one address, you have to forward the mail
to your SpamCop address and then POP the mail from SpamCop.
