I'm just a webbie and I'm still trying to understand the stricter chain
tests but, to me, this appears to be an rDNS problem.
At Sam Spade's, an rDNS search on 64.45.54.129 clearly shows
radiantworld.net but the same search on 64.77.63.85 shows this:

>indatamart.com.63.77.64.in-addr.arpa (bogus
>rDNS)
