[SC-Help] Password only works once

Whenever I try to log-in my password won't work.  Each time I have to reset
the password and then change it to a new one.  Once I set the new password I
log-off and then log-in again to make sure it works.  A few days later I try
to log-in and it won't work.  Any ideas?  Thanks,  Mike
