In my opinion, a site such as this is not guilty of spamming, unless
they collect and use the entered addresses at a later date for a purpose
not intended by your "friend" who entered the addresses.
Now your friend, while too not guilty of spamming, would certainly get a
stern talking to, behind the woodshed if necessary ;-)
