This version fixes one more bug:
A segmentation fault can result when "-entry" and "-file" options are
used together (e.g. "dns-blacklist-entry" and "dns-blacklist-file"). Many,
many thanks to David Stiller for reporting this one and tons of help nailing it
down.
This is a BETA version, so the standard cautionary language applies. Be
careful, know what you're doing, monitor your logs, etc.
